Damaged Goods
If your order shows up looking like it went a round with a wood chipper, we’ve got you. Just send us a photo of the damage (no need for dramatic lighting or sad music), and we’ll work with our manufacturer to send a replacement—free of charge.

Important: We don’t cover design regrets or typos you didn’t catch before checkout. That’s on you. This policy is strictly for actual physical damage.
Lost in Transit?
Every order comes with tracking, but sometimes packages vanish like socks in a dryer. If that happens:

Wrong address? If you gave us the wrong info, we’ll wait for the package to boomerang back to us and resend it (you’ll just cover the new shipping).

Correct address but still missing? We’ll work with the carrier and do everything we can to get you a replacement ASAP. We don’t ghost our customers.
Wrong Size?
Yeah... we don’t do refunds for size mix-ups. Every listing includes a size chart—please use it. Seriously. Don’t wing it based on vibes.
If something seems unclear in our sizing info, reach out. We’d rather fix confusing descriptions than send sad emails about how we can’t help.
Returns (Not That Kind of Regret)
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for store credit or an exchange—as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging. Just email us and we’ll send you a return label. Easy.
No refunds. No exceptions. But hey, store credit means you get another shot at picking something awesome.
